This quest chain is started by talking to Mondo Zax. He will ask you to speak to his assistant to the left behind him. The assistant will hand you a weapon and you will need to open your inventory ("I" key) and right click the weapon to equip it. This will allow you to use your first ability on your bar. Proceed through the room behind Mondo's assistant and dodge the weapons firing on the ground in the room and get to the last room. Use your new weapons and combat ability to kill 3 Dominion Monstrosities. You will need to press the V key to vacuum the loot after killing each monstrosity to gather the quest item. Once you have 3 of the quest item head back to the room with Mondo and click the bucket to the left. It will complete this section of the quest chain and you will now need to head to Emperor Myrcalus. Head directly to the north out the entrance tunnel and keep going north up the stairs to the image of Emperor Myrcalus, interacting with the image will allow you to complete this quest chain.
