This quest chain starts by talking to the image of Emperor Myrcalus on the arkship. The first step in the quest chain is to board the tram which is located up the stairs to the east of the image of the emperor. Just walk into the blue circle and it will start a cut scene and a loading screen into the next stage of the quest. After the cut scene you will need to head down the stairs and go right. You will take the first left into the tunnel. Directly in front of you will be Mondo Zax sitting in a chain. Speak to him to complete this stage of the quest. He will ask you to activate the control panels around the room starting with the panel to the right behind his chain. Just jump over and interact with the panel. The next panel will be behind you and you will continue to the right after that panel to get the third and final panel. Talk to Mondo to complete this quest chain.
