This quest is picked up by Toric Antevian. The first step in this quest chain is to speak to Calidor Antevian by talking to him. He will then ask you to kneel before the 6 shrines in the room. You can do this easily by heading to the right of Calidor and just heading around the room in a clockwise or counter-clockwise fashion. After kneeling before each shrine you will head to the center of the room and interact with Varonia Cazalon. You will kneel before her and receive a blessing. The last part of this quest chain has you going directly south out of the room and back up the stairs onto the small platform to speak to Emperor Myrcalus. That will complete this quest chain.
