Tier Upgrade: +2.42%AP damage, +2% Wound

Tier 4 Major Upgrade: Applies Overload: Disables shields for 4.5s.

Tier 8 Major Upgrade: Healing Reduction increased to 65% on Blinded or Stunned foes.
