Defense: Increases Deflect Chance by 5%.
Stalwart: Increases CC Resilience by 20.0%.

Tier Upgrade: +0.5% Deflect Chance, +0.5% CC Resilience

Tier 4 Major Upgrade: If between 30 and 70 Volatility, grant a 109.4%AP +109.4%SP absorb for 10s to yourself and allies nearby.

Tier 8 Major Upgrade: When attacks are Deflected, deal 59.5%AP +59.5%SP technology damage to the attacker.
