This ability got a slight change for build 6731 (June 12, 2014) Bolt Caster Base Shoots 3 projectiles, down from 5. 7.25 damage per level, up from 4.92. 22.87% Assault Power , up from 15.51% Minor Tier Bonus 2.02% Assault Power per tier, up from 1.26% At level 40 I haven't noticed much of a difference, but of course I'm not quite level capped yet so endgame performance will probably be different. Looks like it is actually a damage buff despite losing two projectiles assuming all three hit. I just did the math on it, and assuming 500 AP at level 40 and all projectiles hit, (not sure how accurate these numbers are,) it comes out to being 1213 damage post-change vs 1371 damage pre-change, resulting in a roughly 12-13% nerf at level 40, assuming my math is correct.
