Affliction: Deal 18.6%AP +7.23*lvl technology damage every 0.5s for 1s.

Tier Upgrade: +0.99%AP damage per tick

Tier 4 Major Upgrade: Each cast of Discharge, Collider, and Atomize reduces the cooldown of Annihilation by 1s.

Tier 8 Major Upgrade: Each hit of Gamma Rays and Quantum Cascade deals an additional 13.65%AP technology damage to foes affected by your Annihilation.
