If you plan ahead you can hit this pretty often. My suggestion ALWAYS start with Novacite Omnisealant. Novacite Omnisealant Novacite Omnisealant Copper Filigree/Gold Filigree/Hypermagnetic Ball bearing OR Novacite Omnisealant Xenocite Drill Bit Ornate Carvings

Actually, to be more accurate: Novacite Omnisealant, Hypermagnetic Ball Bearing, then check whichever third additive hits the mark, can change drastically from try to try.

After enough failures to cause THE RAGE I finally got it with Hypermagnetic Ball Bearing, Gold Filigree, Novacite Omnisealant and that worked once... and only once Then after another infuriating round with failures trying all the recommendeds and a whole lot of random Xenocite Drill Bit, Novacite Omnisealant Ornate Carvings I got it with this twice. Never did get it with any of the recommended. As far as I can tell though this as a crap shoot and a half and failure is the name of the game. eesh.

Novascite Omnisealant Novascite Omnisealant Titanium Sawblade (or similar) Works about 75% of the time. Three are required to unlock the next tier.
