click the Glitterfur Lopp, press T, hopefully the bar shows up just above your skills bar and you can then click on either of the options (the bar may show up at the top of the screen - hit the left button to have it move to the bottom of the screen, or the right button to have it move to the left side of the screen). A 'stained glass window' should drop down between you and the Lopp, and you spout the story. Do this to 10 Lopps, job done :)
