In order to restore the Caretaker, you must travel to Western Grimvault and enter the Bio-Mech Facility that houses the Eldan supercomputer, OMNICore-1. Once inside, you must find a way to restart the system in order to restore the Caretaker's original programming and gain access to information about the Nexus Project.

the Antechamber - Enter
OMNICore-1 and restart its system - Talk to Axis Pheydra
