Just got the skill book. It says "Dominion Only" on it So this mount is only dominion.

I had a race with a guild mate... this mount doesn't seem to go faster than any other mount at level 25. Not sure if it's a bug or bad wording on the tool tip.

I can confirm, dominion only. Just got it from a boom-box. Attached a screen also of it.

Seeing that there is a Chua on the one in the screenie, and I haven't seen any Exiles on one, I am going to assume that the Warpig is Dominion only. Someone please prove me otherwise because I'd love to have one. :/
