Just got this item after farming for 3 weeks solid. It dropped off a superior Flamedancer Pyre- Caller in Malgrave. I farmed Clerics and Berserkers in Wilderrun and Flamedancers in Malgrave. I probably killed 600 mobs to get these horns. Totally worth it!

This flair and the other Pell flair can only drop from Pell mobs from any level range. Personally when I farmed for the front flair, I went to Malgrave for the Flamedancer Commune spot. There are tons of Pell packs that has a very relatively fast respawn timer and all are melee. They only have about 20k-30k HP in the area and you can pull multiple packs at the time for more efficiency. Another reason Flamedancer Commune is an amazing spot to farm is that the pells have a fairly high Sign of Fusion - Eldan drop rate. I have probaly killed 1000+ mobs before I got the flair and I ended up with 42 Signs of Fusion - Eldan and 116 Signs of Fusion - Major. I did meet several people who was also farming in the area for Signs of Fusion, which slowed down my Flair farm, but I'd also use Flamedancer Enclave as a spot, but the mobs there are ranged so you can't pull them into a big group and aoe them down.

  15 min after i wrote this reply i went for flamedancer commune, and got the rear flair drop after 50~ kills, amazing.

  Thank you for sharing Raz, i have been farming the rear/front as well for a long time, i did so in whitevale though. Il try that spot, good luck to you (and me) for the rear one!
