I got this as a random drop when I was completely new to the game, in Algoroc. Then used it on my human ground. Later I realised these are very common in Celestial, so it would had been more appropriate to have on my Aurin's ground and regret that I didn't google the item before using it. It's pretty cool looking, but serves no other function than decoration, so don't ever spend money on repair - It's just a waste as it makes no difference!

Ive killed at least 100 and counting http://www.jabbithole.com/npcs/corrupted-mutilator-17 and ~50 http://www.jabbithole.com/npcs/highland-mauler-7 in search of this glorious fabkit (and Im only a lvl14 so its been quite the pilgrimage) but have had no luck yet D: it will be so worth it when it does drop though. I would highly recommend killing corrupted mutilators over highlands maulers since there are only 2 mauler spawns and they have a rather long spawn time for how tough it is to get Hoogle-henge to drop. Much luck to any others who are after it! :3
