2 Power: + 0.18% Critical Hit Chance
3 Power: + 0.80% Critical Hit Severity
4 Power: Bombardment: Reduces the cooldown of Spectral Form by 5s and activating Spectral Form grants an Empower for 6s.
Empower: Magic Damage Dealt is increased by 5%.
5 Power: + 0.30% Strikethrough
6 Power: + 0.27% Critical Hit Chance
7 Power: + 1.20% Critical Hit Severity
8 Power: Bombardment: Reap and Concentrated Blade apply a DoT to foes that deals 32 magic damage to foes every 1s for 3s.

(4) and (8) are disabled while in PvE instances.
