2 Power: + 0.35% Multi-Hit Chance
3 Power: + 0.20% Critical Hit Chance
4 Power: Flame Surge: Using Flame Burst grants you Flame Surge.
Flame Surge: Landing a hit with a Surged ability causes the foe to take an additional 14 magic damage every 0.5s for 3s.
5 Power: + 0.30% Strikethrough
6 Power: + 0.27% Critical Hit Chance
7 Power: + 0.60% Multi-Hit Chance
8 Power: Flame Surge: Activating Spell Surge causes foes under the effects of your Ignite, Flame Burst, or Flame Surge to take 71 magic damage. Can only occur every 2s.

(4) and (8) are disabled while in PvP instances.
