• Collect Weapon Parts for the Freeze Ray in the North Bay
• Reroute power from the Power Station in the East Wing to fuel the Mega Freeze Ray
• Return to the South Bay with Vyntus
• Use the Comm Console to find out what's going on
• Go through the mid-ship hall with Vyntus
• Use the Freeze Ray to disable and kill Hydras
• Obtain a Liquid Nitrogen Tank for the Freeze Ray
• Defend Vyntus Veros until he completes the Mega Freeze Ray
• Bring Vyntus his Tools
• Fill your Liquid Nitrogen Tank for the Freeze Ray in the West Wing

  PSA: Don't try and kill the hydras, the point is to avoid all mobs at all costs. Having a flash/blink on your bar is useful for getting away from them or past them. I imagine it is much easier as a stalker.   A very useful tip is once you have built your freeze ray, go round the ship and kill all hydras (you still have to avoid the Atraxion Terror) BEFORE rerouting the power from the Power Station in the East Wing - most importantly, kill the hydras in the South Bay. It makes the last holdout much easier and less impossible.
