If you are trying to figure out the codes to the Containment cell Terminals there is a lore book a little further in the room. Cubig - 879 Rowsdower - 441 Humanoids - 975 Protostar - 3596

Also, as with any Lore item, once you pick up the code book, you won't 'see it' again if you go to replay that Shiphand mission; read the data under your Shiphand Lore section. It'll still be there.

One more tip, for some reason the Codes are mixed up for 2 of the prison cells, if you mess up more than once they will die. For me I had to switch the codes for rowsdower to the humanoids code. And the sheep were considered rowsdower.
