Farm malgrave trash, make gold/plat, do all challenges, pray to your RNG god.. if RNG god likes you do /dance, if not use plat to buy it :( World drop, with an extreme low droprate (0,01% it seems) .. Best bet to get it is by farming plat and buying it of the CX for an extremely high price (going for around 12plat at ascendancy atm)

Two of my guildies have had some luck farming this in normal skullcano. Just don't select the rally to instance option and you can probably two-man it with either a good tank and a dps or heal-dps combo.

Got this last night off one of the bots in the Coldburrow cave in Northern Wastes.....spell slinger friend in my group was out of range for the drop so I got it dead to rights! :)

Just had it drop in Wilderrun from a Ravenok, doing the feather collecting quest. Was only there to get rep for the FABkit, lucky bastage.

I am the very lucky person that obtained this doing my daily quests in the Crimson Badlands. I was farming the rest of the Palehusk for the quest and I received it off one of the Palehusk Devils. I wouldn't attempt the farm these, I seem to have just been extremely lucky given that I am the only person contributing to JH to receive one, and it is a mob that is farmed a lot for the dailies.
