It should be noted that each biome comes equipped with a portal to whichever zone the biome encapsulates.  For example, the Grimvault biome comes with a portal to Grimvault.  The only exceptions to this are the biomes of the starter areas (Levian Bay, Everstar Grove, Crimson Isle, Northern Wilds), since once you leave these areas, you cannot return. Once you place any of the biomes on your housing plot, you'll find that the zone theme music plays when you are near it. :)
