Tips to easily win gold:

• You can use your mount
• Cut corners when possible
• Never let the sprint bar stay full, even for a second

You can finish it every 30 minutes.

From my experience, you MUST run OVER the finish line to complete. If you, like me, cut corners and end up running past on the edge where there is no finish line (it does not extend across the whole path), you won't get credit and the time will keep ticking down.

The start of the challenge is located in Spaceport Horizon, just above the district icon on the map. You will want to talk to Super Sprinter Annalia to start it. Once you start the challenge, you will get a 2 minute timer to reach the goal located along the southernmost road on the map (below Fortune's Ground). You will get bronze reward for simply reaching the goal with any time left. You get silver reward if you complete the race in less than 1 minute and gold reward for a time less than 1 min 10 sec. It is possible to reach silver reward on foot if one uses the settler +50% speed boost and the sprint bonus, but it will require some effort. I have not yet managed to get gold reward without a mount. Like with the other achievements in Thayd, I'd go for the Feretory of Fascinating Furnishings reward (i.e. the housing decor loot chest), at least at lower lvls. This because the cash is limited and you have the chance to get some expensive decor items to vendor.
