The easiest way to defeat the timer on this challenge is a little-known trick you can perform on any challenge requiring the repeated tapping of your "F" key: Hover your mouse cursor over the 'F' button that appears on your screen and rapidly click and hit your 'F' key on your keyboard simultaneously .  The game will register them both and make the patients that require this action much quicker to heal.  This method can be used for the Lightly Wounded and Seriously Wounded Patients.  The Critically Wounded patients still require you to hit 'F' at the precise time, however. As of Drop 3, the Medic challenge will have an additional 15 seconds on it's timer.  This raises the timer from 1:40 up to 1:55, which is very beneficial as currently players are typically left with only seconds before the timer runs out on even a perfect run.

This has either gotten much easier or the poster above is just wrong. I can complete this with about 20 seconds to spare each time. If you stand by the corner of the pillar opposite of the single bed, you can reach the other 4 beds without having to move. Only part that is kinda lame is when you get a large number of the "hit the target" bars. Frustrating part is the fact that I have picked the same item every time I've completed it, over 30 times so far, and not once received the item. Sure I could go buy it, but it's a matter of principal now.

This challenge is almost impossible to pass without resorting to hardware macros. Even then I can pass it about 1 time out of 5. The patients respawn *way* too slow, and the "critical" ones are... well, a waste of time to cure.
