In this challenge, the goal of the player is to use the clickable areas on the garbage pile to dig for 50 treasures within 3 minutes and 49 seconds. This does challenge does involve slightly more than it suggests. Summary:

• Click a usable object on the Garbage Pile
• Successfully complete the 'F' lock requirement.
• Kill the Slime Covered Treasure (or Canimid if you failed) and loot the treasures it drops
• Repeat until you've collected 50 treasure

At various places around the garbage pile are usable objects, which will prompt the player to hit the 'F' key at specific times.  If successful, the player will be thrown back from the garbage pile and a Slime Covered treasure will spawn at the player's feet which is to be killed. Upon killing the slime, the player can loot some of the treasures needed to complete the challenge. If the player fails to successfully hit the 'F' key at the right time, a Stinky Canimid will spawn with various telegraph attacks which do very little damage.  It will still drop treasures upon death, but will take longer to kill than the Slimes. The size of the area to hit the 'F' key is smaller the higher you ascend the garbage pile to click an object.  The size of the Slime that spawns and the number of treasures it drops towards completion of the Challenge is larger as well, however.  In my experience, the fastest and most efficient area to climb to is on the south side of the garbage pile with the chair and couch, clicking the usable object just above the couch.  This is a spot that is easy to climb to and the Large Slime Covered Treasure yields 7-9 treasure towards the challenge completion.

I don't understand this challenge. It seems you can only spawn the monsters that drop the challenge items if you deliberately fail the little "press F" mini-game... anyone who can explain this to me?
